This is an early 1900's auto horn made by the Lucas Company, founded in 1872. By 1902 this English company had begun to manufacture automobile components. This is an example of an auto horn that has an intact wire mesh covered opening. It is #38, RDNO480457. Very good condition with age appropriate wear and two dents. The horn is 9 inches long and 5 1/2 inches wide. The mesh opening is 3 3/4 inches in diameter. Great automobile collectible. |
