This charming melon mold is in the desirable Blue Onion Pattern that was popularized by Meissen. This is a Victorian piece and measures 9 1/4 inches by 7 inches. The piece, handle to handle, is 10 3/4 inches long. The bowl has ridges, like a melon and has good form and intact design. One small hairline on one side. Otherwise excellent condition. No chips or repairs.
