This Royal Doulton fish plate is artist signed, C. Hart and dated 1884. It has a wonderful scalloped edge rimmed in gold with tiny gold beading directly under the rim. The plate has lovely soft colors and nice detail. The plate measures 9" in diameter and has the Royal Doulton backstamp on the back.
