The angel playing the lyre on this vase is beautifully handpainted. Detail is well executed. This cased glass vase dates ca. 1885 and is Bohemian. The blue base is nice contrast to the white background of the body. The back of the base has hand done raised enameling in a scroll pattern. Minimal wear to the gold rims on the base and rim. Otherwise mint condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs. |
