This whimsical basalt cat was made by Wedgwood, impressed on the bottom along with the words, "Made in England." This cat has moulded eyes, dating it later than the ones with the glass eyes. No chips, cracks, or repairs on this. Two fine lines on one hind leg that are not cracks but almost look like someone marked it with a pencil. (see the last picture) The cat measures, approximately, 3 1/2 inches long and 4 1/2 inches to the tip of his tail.
