This beautiful painting is executed on a satin glass plate and mounted in a wooden frame covered in a teal blue moire silk. The detail on the angel's face and hair is fine and very realistic. The person who made and covered the frame did so in a manner that when the plate is held up to the light it appears that a starburst is behind her face. No damage, whatsoever. The plate is 9 inches in diameter. The frame is 11 1/2 inches square.
