This Rookwood piece is known as, "Demon," one one can surely see the demonic look on the face. Dating to 1945, the face has a wide open mouth, two handles that serve as ears, and horns. The piece is fully marked and dated on the bottom. The glaze is a matte finish in aqua blue. Measuring 6 inches from back to front and 5 inches wide, this piece is in pristine condition.
