This Fritz Heckert vase is amber glass with a decorative brass enclosure. It is known as a, "Blow-Out," vase. The intricate brass surround has exceptional detail. Fritz Heckert was the first glasshouse to introduce this type of decorative glassware. This piece dates circa, 1885 and stands 4 7/8 inches high. Condition is excellent. |
