Each plate has a different handpainted courting scene as a central decoration. The outer rim is a soft pink with four gilded cartouches - 2 having putti in different poses and 2 having a cluster of gold musical instruments. These are highly decorative and executed in the traditional superb quality of Dresden. Each plate measures 8 1/4 inches. |
