Q1-SST26
American Redware Decorated Large Stein Handsomely decorated with mustard and rich reddish/brown swirls, this decorated stein is made of redware. It is, possibly, an early piece produced by Shenandoah Pottery, however, we are not certain of its origin. We do know it is early and a good piece. The applied handle is turned up on the end. No potter's mark. It has no chips, cracks, or repairs. It stands 7 5/8 inches high and the mouth is 4 3/4 inches in diameter. A nice quality piece of redware.

P2-COW
Rare, Art Deco Cowan Pottery Flower Frog Cowan Pottery produced lady flower figures in a high-gloss white glaze that resembled undecorated porcelain. This flower frog features one of the ladies dancing with a scarf on a wavelike base. The design of the piece is consistent with a flowing pattern. The frog was set in a larger bowl of water and flowers inserted in the holes as highly decorative table pieces. This piece bears the Cowan Pottery stamp, measures 7 inches tall and has no chips, cracks, or repairs. A very desirable piece.
